ALIEN MUTANT

THE BIG GUY FROM TEXAS

This guy came up from Texas, all the way to Arizona for a paint job! He stands 2 feet tall, in his alien bare feet. I had to stock up on some serious paint for this dude. Jesse kept asking me, if I was sure I wanted to take this monster on, and of course I said hell yea! Man was I surprised when the box came in the mail, everything in Texas is bigger.

I did a whole lot of dry brushing on him, as you can imagine. I tried to stay away from the wash's, because of the vinyl factor, he was already tacky. But with a nice coat of flat Krylon, that seemed to help. I got a good color scheme going, and used my new air brush for the first time, (on a good model anyway) to just lightly shade, and do some spattering in spots. Turned out pretty cool, and Jesse was happy with him. You know, I kinda miss The Big Guy here at the cave. Well maybe just once and awhile. Thanks Jesse, he was an experience!
